ON its face I would think "the race of man" to be more beautiful wording than "the human race" That's one of the reasons I hang on to my old KJV, not because of its accuracy or authority, which it has far less of than our fundamentalist friends may think, becaue I just find it beautiful. Also I have found when you quote the KJV people know you are quoting scripture. NLT, not so much. ;-)
