uk labour: the uk economy should be run like a household, living a hand to mouth existence week to week
me: the uk economy should be run like a household, investing to insure against disability and old age, making investment decisions with a 50 year or longer window
the labour party is not only vile. it is truly pathetic. investing in the health outcomes of people aged under 22 is an absolute no brainer. unfortunately liz kendal appears to have negative brains, her head so filled with hate.
really hate making the economic case, as it should be a matter of simple human dignity, and if not at least a matter of the uk's legal treaty obligations. nonetheless, the economic case for investing in disabled people is perfectly sound. everything kendal does today is going to bite the uk on the arse tomorrow, the day after, and for a long period into the future.
