Yeah, I agree: representation matters. That's why I find this worrisome.
I think Ladybird doesn't fit CSS Day's ethos, and as an inclusive conference, I find it odd that they seem not to be aware of this.
Of course, I would love to support Ladybird because, as an abstraction, it is a great idea, but in its current/concrete form, to me, it is a dead project.
