Cucumbers, lettuce, peas, chives, tomatoes, and spinach are all in trays. The Boston lettuce will be transplanted outside in a few weeks even though it’s late in the season; it can handle the cold. Tomatoes, cucumbers, and mint lettuce will transplant into larger (but still small) containers. The spinach is in a 1.5” deep non-cell tray and will remain there. I need to do some experimenting, but I have a feeling it will do fine there (for my limited consumption) even if it’s a bit stunted.
