Gm nostriches, sorting some early morning crepes to fuel the eldest, as the three of them head to London for a night to meet up with some fam, muggins here has work to do……. Now, wellbeing research or hyperinflation?!?!?

So what to do with a free evening……. Well, the sneaky beer at a pub on the way home from work was one idea, but fasting until a big steak for dinner with a side of trimming the bonsai tree just sorta feels right.

Taking the evening to sit back, restore the mind and then restore the body maybe before a quick bike ride the following morning before heading into work tomorrow. As a hobbit once said, “why not?”

Oh, youngest comes down and then wants different pancakes……. I get to do this, and wouldn’t have it any other way. #coffeechain
