This is the right screen cap... 😅
Good morning!
Yesterday, nprofile1qqs2atrtmdc5xsh2fa4vjvaz8usn9jyu3w66f0309q3z757letafj0g6e0ghj (nprofile…0ghj) pushed his first test to a repo. First time for me, too.
I'm attempting to cajole Headly into building a version of Laeserin (nprofile…7l0j)'s biblestr page which is focused on the DRB and other RCC resources. This first build is focused on the KJV and the BCP and will similarly provide the readings of the day from the lectionary.
I really have no clue how this is all happening, but I know exactly the result to which in want this process to produce. There's some interesting features that will be built in to future iterations that should be useful for Bible study, and I'll also be building it similar sites for other available translations.
Why does this matter when you can easily look up Bible references online or via various apps? Because no other app, site, or book can be shared as easily as nostr events can. Plus, in the not too distant future, knowledge graphs will be built that will allow external resources to interact with and expand on the resources used for study. You would be anlble to build Bible study plans nearly instantly, pulling in exegetical literature in along with any passages referenced and then share them with the nearly frictionless manner in which TNP operates.
And, this is just the beginning. 😎
