please save up that energy of yours, and redirect it at the right people, the oligarchs like Alex Karp and the likes, they're the ones who committed crimes on real people and don't give a damn about the planet, I have lots of things to say about them, but now is not the time
please keep up positive energy and have hope in people, including men.. we have good apples and bad apples in this tree
