I am really confused by that. Did he sample pipes and run it through a synthesizer? The sound isn't something that I think a pipe organ could make. Not without heavy mixing. There are occasionally reallly soft stops on an organ but you can't do loud and soft like that. You can use a swell box, but you'd never be able to open and close it fast enough to emphasize individual notes.
You also don't really hear the note kind of chirp on like you get with a pipe when the air first hits it.
Also I think the first 3 seconds kind of covered it.
