The problem is the can hides solder defects apart from top (which is all GND). So I usually say no. No point as will not fix anything.

For this board I had some solder issues on Ethernet chip top/middle on left. I have updated footprint, and hoping this is now fixed.

Nice clean solder pads. Good. Will be fun to see if all works.

But some fun points to note - the ESP32 shows all the internal parts, nice. But the extra fun one is the magnetics!
