Leo Express has catering options on their trains but no dedicated restaurant car or kitchen on board. Instead, they serve reheated food that resembles airplane food at okay prices.

I got some rice with butter chicken with a drink called Mattoni Cedrata (basically spicy water with a bit of lemon and lime). Honestly, the meal was tasty and the drink was refreshing. Cost: about 7€ for both, which is not bad.
