PKP InterCity has one of the best restaurants on rails, honestly. Sure, it's a bit pricey when your reference is Poland, but it serves great food at reasonable prices when compared to other train restaurants in Europe.
In this case we got a few dishes for less than 20€: a soup (not pictured), some chicken with potatoes and some pierogi.
