#WritersCoffeeClub 10 How do you steer a reader’s emotional journey?
Do you mean how do get readers to like my characters so they will cheer for a happy ending?
That is the only emotional journey I engage in deliberately. The rest is episodic creepiness with a splash of romance and temporary victories.
Journey sounds very high-minded and "literary." I am not that kind of writer.
