#PicaTheCat was sick last week and it was scary. But the vets increased her thyroid meds and after three days of a double dose she was obviously doing better. She's even better now. Her hyperthyroidism is progressive and we may need to increase the dose again in the future. I'm so glad she responds well to the meds. She's once again her happy old self, and hardly seems like a 19 year old cat at all.
If you have an aging cat who looses weight you might be able to fix it with a pill.
