🆘While the world sits around dinner tables ✨🕊️ enjoying meals and discussing the details of a normal day, we are fighting a silent, brutal battle just to secure a drop of water💧 or a piece of bread🥺
Following the complete closure of the World Central Kitchen and the layoff of its staff🚨, and the severe cuts to the World Food Programme (WFP) aid—which was our ultimate lifeline📈—even the single, simple meal we relied on to quiet our hunger has vanished😢. We have been left to face our fate alone, struggling for every basic necessity: food, clean water, and medicine💊.
Yet, the heaviest burden lies within the quiet corners of this struggle. Alongside the collective hardship💔, I must carry my own heavy worries. My exams are approaching✍️🎓, and my school demands my focus🏛️, at a time when simply finding a notebook and a pen has become a distant dream📖🚫. How can a mind focus on studying🧠💭 when the body is exhausted from searching for survival under the scorching sun☀️🥵?
Friends around the world 🌍🤝, we are not just numbers in news reports🧮📊, nor fleeting images on your screens📺. We are human beings👤 with dreams✨, plans, and exams we wish to pass. Please, look at us, think of us, and see our humanity🕊️. We simply want the right to live with dignity https://chuffed.org/project/177144
