This has to exist, tell me this exists.
A UNIX/Linux CLI program that takes properly formatted input from a file or STDIN, and pops out an HTML table.
Basically, cat, with <tr> and <td> tags.
Someone has got to have written this already, right?
If I have to write it, I'm calling it tabcat.
