The first two paragraphs list „chatbots“ as one of the main usecases for AI and does not mention that there’s a difference between LLMs/generative AI and other technologies subsumed in that category.
So I’m not sure how an average person is helped to distinguish them by reading this.
Especially compared to the deluge of marketing (not just by marketing departments) hyping AI and deliberately obfuscating these very differences.
