Tauranga physio and former Opportunity candidate -- 2020 election, ranked 16th -- Andrew Cale is being investigated for claiming invented treatments from ACC.
He just made them up and took the money.
The trouble is, he used real people's identities and his scam fell apart once ACC started asking questions.
