I may have bought a graphics card for the G5 from eBay by a really great price, and shipped from the EU, described as tested and working, just before going to bed yesterday. Let’s see if it’s up to the claim! It’s the same model I have now, the Radeon 9600 Mac version.
I’ve read the DVI synch problems are fixed by recapping. Thankfully some caps are through hole. Sadly, some others are SMD. I’ll do it anyway but I prefer to have a backup just in case. 😅
