Just three days earlier, Kyle Patterson published another book with the same publisher: “The Claude AI Bible for Beginners”. Its promotional text follows a remarkably similar formula. Another masterpiece of what looks like automated marketing prose.

And then there’s a curious bibliographical detail: Google Play lists Patterson’s Reverse Centaur book at 200 pages. The bookseller Morawa lists just 61. The publicly available table of contents reaches the references on page 54.

Perhaps there’s an innocent explanation involving different ways of counting pages. But it’s certainly curious for a supposedly comprehensive, research-backed guide.

To be clear: I cannot prove that this book was written by AI. That would require examining the complete text and its references. A promotional description isn’t proof. And a similar title doesn’t establish plagiarism or AI authorship.

But the signs of a hastily produced, possibly AI-assisted publication are interesting enough. (3/4)
