I'm enjoying the #monsterhunterwilds beta immensely. The gameplay is so smooth - they've removed a lot of the friction from earlier games and it's a lot more accessible for new players now. The game loop is as addictive as ever and the environments are full of surprises. I don't want to spoil anything but some randomly occurring events were just - wow 🤯 I've now tried all 14 weapons and my favorites so far were:

Charge Blade: "Such Devastation… This Was Not My Intention" 😂

SnS: combat feels so smooth, has guard, can use items during battle - what's not to like?

Gun Lance: Wanna play an indestructible tank? That's your weapon. Wyvern Fire.

Ranged: all fun and versatile, great for teams, not so sure about solo hunts.

What's gonna be your starting weapon?
