Even more people than last time seem unable to write a CV themselves. Perfect language (AKA boring and robotic language), perfectly tailored to our job advert. Nothing creative, nothing original. Some applicants actually seem to have copied our job advert and pasted it into an #LLM to generate a version of their CV optimised for our ad. That's not exactly the best start for a job interview, where we want to learn more about the people themselves and not about the LLMs they use.
