Hand hygiene is critical.
This can be challenging when you're in a location without a water supply and you're reliant on what you've been able to store.
After going to the loo, I use a combination of diluted wilderness wash followed by an antibacterial wipe (vigorous scrubbing) and then a generous spritz of Isocol.
