Alt + Drag is good enough to Drag the text box. Esc then M works great too.
BTW Ctrl + Shift + M is good too as it escapes active Text Box + activates Move + Selects that Text box automatically altogether to move using Arrow keys. (All done without the need of using the Mouse)
Anyway that was just a suggestion. BTW learned something new too. I may revert back to M. Thanks for the response.
