At the Honda dealership and they told me up front $1,500 mark up, but negotiable. We agreed on the price, the I told them $28,000 for my trade, they countered with $26,000. Get rid of the mark up and we have a deal or I walk. They got rid of the mark up, so MSRP, and basically my price for my trade. I'm happy.
