A friend recently recruited me into Internal Audit. We were sitting down over whiskey one night, and her team needed help and I needed some income and the discussion came down to problem solving and root cause analysis.
It's been an interesting change of direction, but a little discouraging sometimes when I find I don't even know what I don't know.
