Sorry to harp on this again but it’s bothering me immensely. It would really be great if the local TV meteorologists started raising the alarm about how badly forecast models have been with these late day storms. Only the 3km NAM had thunderstorms rolling through central Virginia this afternoon/evening, but even that model didn’t show anything as widespread as what actually transpired.
We’re in a world of trouble if we don’t stop defunding science and research.
