Oh yeah, I open sourced my referentially-stable constructor library yesterday: https://github.com/yoshuawuyts/placing

I forgot to post about it here because I had a number of other things come up. But I think this is rather neat! The idea is that it proves the feasibility of a language feature along these lines by implementing it as a proc macro first. Crucially: it works without needing to rewrite your code!
