it'd be great to see some example guidelines from a Django project.

I got it to generate some and it was very close to what the readme takes people through. But it seems like it needs details on coding conventions & at that point I'm uncertain what form that should take.

Perhaps the way it generates the guidelines could include coding conventions by reading commit hooks and config files to find black/ruff etc.
