I think Mia and Ex really get something wrong here. They keep implying that "effeminate" boys almost surely wind up gay adults and state that this is the case for Jazz. I really don't think we know this, we don't have good ways of predicting which kids grow up to be homosexual. We don't know what transing children does to their adult sexual orientation.

There is reasonable evidence to suggest that clinically gender dysphoric children are enriched in individuals that grow up to be homosexual. Many trans identifying adolescent girls are widely suspected to be lesbians. I believe there is an association of effeminate behavior in boys to adult homosexuality, but it's a typical sort of weak correlation, not a sure sign.
