Sunday long run with Coxhoe on the run, this morning the plan was run to Sedgefield and bus back but some of the group decided to run back via Trimdon. I joined them although my legs are questioning that choice at the moment. The hills heading up to Trimdon were hard work. The last 4km involved some walking as my knees were grumbling as they should this being my longest run. Warm with a few showers.
