The Nixta would be good in tiki style drinks - there's an unctousness and cinnamon hint that could work well.
(Nixta is sweetened with piloncillo too so that's a good match already)

My apologies to true #mezcal enthusiasts - the good stuff don't need to be in cocktails - this is just Espadin (and yes not great how that cultivation is displacing wild stuff)
