You have to go slowly, you have to listen to it with your body even before your head. The bicycle was my way of doing it. Not just a means, but a way of being in the world: closer to the earth, more exposed to the wind, more open to encounters.
And then came the arrival at Skylight World, the school for disadvantaged children in Bangalore. There I encountered a different light, a light that comes not from the landscapes but from the people.
