The last thing I wanted to do today was get back in the saddle, but I made myself leave early and ordered myself to take breaks.
Anyway I ended up having a little paddle in the river and a fucking lovely day.
Moral of the story: I should stop being such a fucking pussy and just get on with it. Or something.
