Almost everything I do involves focusing on things just a short distance away :§ It's getting to the point where I view running as an exercise for mostly my eyes since it's one of the few exceptions.
If you're like me, here's a reminder to regularly take a break from screens (even just 20 seconds per hour) and focus on the farthest point you can see
