it's not wrong! it's important to do that thing! but the local communities and dual power aren't gonna outmobilize the national guard or the LRADs or whatever else. we saw that. we've already been there. my local community isn't going to outdo the NIH or FDA or NOAA or .... you need both things. you need both things. need.
but sometimes ig it's important to find something to latch on to other than being trapped in a box with an awful lot of people that wouldn't mind eating you.
