Blacks teach each other, probably by accident, to assume and anticipate when the car will pass. So they time it up to get as close to a car as possible and try to walk behind it as soon as they can. While jaywalking. When I give them room as I would a runner or cyclist they come closer to me!!! This is a totally annoying cultural difference. We should punish them into compliance to use the correct way to cross with a light in a crosswalk.
