For eventual transplanting to areas in need of restoration. Other California native oak species, Cottonwood, Sycamore, Ceanothus, Buckeye, Coyote bush, Salvia. Some desert southwest, Texan/Mexican oaks and others. Palo verde for example. Would like to try Texas Mountain Laurel, Mesquite, Ironwood, Chilopsis linearis.
