I got used to them-- they're OK as long as you stick to their fresh vegetables and staples like oil and bread. Any house branded bakery or deli shit is HORRIBLE SLOP THAT MAKES YOU ACTIVELY FEEL LIKE YOU'RE DYING. I think that's at least partially what killed my dad-- he loved sweets and he was really stingy so he ALWAYS had wal mart bakery shit around the house.
