In Vienna, we visited the Austrian Parliament Building, seat of the federal legislature. You can do great free tours there, and even sit in the different assembly chambers, which really surprised me!

The building also has a lovely built-in library, with a great selection of books on participation, history, political education... that alone is worth a visit, imho!
