#WordWeavers 5. What piece of backstory did you invent just for yourself that readers may never learn?
Prince Gavran has a friend called Connor ap Dafydd. He's acted as a bodyguard to the king and nearly lost his life during one assassination attempt. His real name is Conrad Sinclair and Mark actually knows him slightly from when he was competing in three day events back home in the UK.
So far Mark has no idea who Connor actually is. If/when I write Book 4, the secret will be revealed.
