Few important corrections from me:
[AI preacher telling seekers to "follow your CALL."] — Not exactly. Demian AI, if enquired about Demianism, will educate people. But it's not a direct evangelist. It serves everyone willing to find and follow their call in life, no matter their beliefs, without trying to convert.
[philosophy *about* remaining human, delivered through AI] — Nope. Demian AI doesn't deliver Demianism. It helps people in a Demianist way. It only evangelizes indirectly. Demianism requires a community of real "Humanity First" people.
[Gnosticism for the silicon age — sacred text, divine messenger (the AI), elect few.] — Nope. Gnosticism believes that matter is a prison to escape from, made by a flawed demiurge. Demianism holds that the Creator is good and similar to us. AI according to Demianism will never be divine and never be a host for consciousness. Better comparison accoding to Claude (that ate the whole book): "Teilhard de Chardin's Omega Point, plus the simulation hypothesis and Christian and Hermetic strands. It's world-affirming, evolutionary, and Promethean, not world-denying."
