I'm writing this post because the situation has changed quite radically compared to less than a year ago, when we had our last recruitment round. As expected and predicted, #AI now seems to be completely transforming the job market for #software engineers. Within a week of our job advert going online, we'd already received around 130 applications, and now, after nearly three weeks, we're approaching the 210 mark.
