I really dislike this selection on the 乗換案内 app's region selection screen for live railway delays and information. They have both Tokyo and Kanto. Same for Osaka/Kinki and Nagoya/ChubuTokai. Having both the city and the region makes it confusing to me. Additionally Osaka and Tokyo both are the name of a city and prefecture. So does it mean inside the city or the prefecture? Does choosing Osaka ignore issues in Amagasaki? Is Omiya included in Tokyo?
