South Africa boots on the ground. Guy from SA working for neighbor . Guy said his dad raises vegetables (cauliflower mainly) in SA. Has a few cows. He couldn't get over that people have vehicles, tractors, and other equipment left outside. In SA everything is locked up, or bandits would steal them. Cattle are locked up at night in a foot thick concrete walled bunkers, to protect from theft.
