we got a long distance 5-car Stadler FLIRT (which was originally designed as a regional train) and it's quite packed. being a long distance train, it doesn't have many doors, which means that the middle carriage does not have any doors (you must board from one of the adjacent cars)
the seats themselves are quite alright, they offer plenty of recline and have a good shape
