Neapolitan convention is object_list, object_detail, object_form, etc. Then (assuming a certain usage pattern) you can define partials for loading a full page load vs just a partial. And so on.
Sometimes the detail view will use a bit from the list template, etc. But we go easy on that.
A partial is just an include in the same file. At a certain scale, making it its own thing will pay dividends.
