I just realized that in Dungeons & Dragons, the 7th level teleportation spells can be used to travel to the moons of any fantasy world. In 5th edition, it's fairly easy for a 13th level wizard to create a permanent teleportation circle there within a year, after which even 9th level wizards can make the trip.
And in a fantasy world, there really is no reason to not have a habitable moon around a planet, or multiple habitable moons around a gas giant. Never heard of that being done.
