Peg-out reopened today, but the process behind it is different until the Liquid peg is fully restored. Federation peg-outs are still restricted, so every payout comes from SideSwap's own Bitcoin wallet. We refill that wallet by swapping the L-BTC we receive for bitcoin in bulk, under the arrangement the Liquid Network announced today. Those swaps are made in batches, and demand on the first day used up the bitcoin on hand faster than the first batch could refill it. That is why your order has been waiting longer than usual. Queued peg-outs are paid as soon as the next batch arrives.
