🌎 Argentina: Conservationists are celebrating the long-term return of giant anteaters to parts of their historic range, following years of habitat restoration and species reintroduction efforts.
⛰️ Once locally extinct since 1986, anteaters are now returning in numbers and helping restore ecological processes that had been missing from the Argentine Humid Chaco landscapes.
