whoops, I disconnected from the timeline and did a few warm reboots in a row. not sure how many days I've been out, I'll guess 5 to 7 days but I wasn't exactly fully anchored before.
this entire summer has been a mess, especially after losing my one chance to recharge for 2 weeks uninterrupted. and lately my circadian rhythym has also responded to changes in my med regime like it's been under an extensive bombing campaign, which I suppose isn't all that surprising given the full context.
